At an AGM held on 30 June shareholders of Enemona approved the distribution of BGN 881k as dividend to preferred stock holders or gross dividend per share of BGN 0.80. The preferred shares carry 10% guaranteed annual return on the issue price of BGN 9.92, but were registered in April last year. The dividend yield is 13% at the last closing price of BGN 6.15. Ordinary shareholders would not get a dividend for 2010.
