Energo-Pro Varna calls its EUR 130m bond

Energo-Pro Varna exercises the additional call option on its EUR 130m bond. The exercise price is 101.5% of the par value, plus the accumulated interest or EUR 101 845.21 per bond while the exercise date is 14 December. Recall that the additional call option was voted and approved in October and the bondholders also approved a corporate guarantee on the majority owner for EUR 350m obligations of the latter, given that the call option is exercised and fully paid.
