The European Union PHARE program extended EUR 805,000 for institutional building project in the anti-trust sector, the Commission on Protection of Competition (CPC) said Wednesday. Strengthening Administrative Capacity for Adopting Achievements of EU Legislation in the Field of Competition project is focused at increasing the administrative efficiency of the anti-trust body for implementation of the Protection of Competition Act, which was adopted in 1998.
