After the announced in previous sessions, Eurohold Bulgaria disclosed some additional insider trading transactions with its recently issued warrants. On 23 December, Asen Christov sold 400 000, Kiril Boshov sold 4 600 000 and Velislav Christov sold 275 000 warrants on the stock exchange at BGN 2.00/warrant. The buyer of the warrants is Corporate Advisors. On 27 December, Corporate Advisors sold 4 138 000 warrants on the OTC market to undisclosed buyer at undisclosed price. Recall that 260 481 631 out of 260 500 000 offered warrants were issued on 10 December at BGN 0.50/warrant. Out of them 260 438 486 were subscribed by the majority owner Starcom Holding. After that Starcom Holding sold 80m warrants to Asen Christov (50m), Kiril Boshov (13m), Velislav Christov (7m) and Corporate Advisors (10m) through OTC deals at undisclosed price. Asen Christov is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Kiril Boshov is the Chairman of the Management Board while Velislav Christov is a Member of the Management Board of Eurohold Bulgaria. Note that Starcom Holding is controlled by Asen Christov and Kiril Boshov while Corporate Advisors is solely owned by Asen Christov.
