Rights for taking part in Eurohold Bulgaria’s capital increase will start trading on 25 October and can be traded until 3 November. The total number of issued rights is 108.6m and the subscription ratio is 3:1 – three rights for one new share. The date for the auction of unused rights is set at 14 November.
