Fibank reported Q3’26 consolidated net income of EUR 21.4m (EPS of EUR 0.14), registering 41.8% YoY growth. The subsidiaries added EUR 2.9m to the bottom line. Net interest income grew 23.3% YoY to EUR 73.8m, supported by strong balance sheet expansion and despite the 56.9% YoY rise of interest expenses related to the increase in MREL liabilities. Similar to the stand-alone results, the bottom line improvement was primarily driven by the improvement of other operating income, which came to EUR 3.5m vs negative EUR 15.8m in Q3’25. Note that the bank booked EUR 17.2m impairments of bonds in the comparable period vs zero bond impairments in Q3’26. On the downside, profitability was weighed by the higher net other operating expenses as the company had significantly higher positive revaluation of investment property in the comparable period. Administrative expenses increased by 8% YoY to EUR 38.4m while credit provisions increased by 27.9% YoY to EUR 37.4m.
For the 9m’26, consolidated net income grew 20.6% YoY to EUR 96.9m, exceeding the unconsolidated result by EUR 10.9m. EPS reached EUR 0.65.
