FSC approved listing of Energo-Pro Varna bonds

The Financial Supervision Commission approved the prospectus for listing of a bond issue of local energy distribution company Energo-Pro Varna EAD. The issue is likely the EUR 130m 7 yr bond, which the company placed late last year, with a condition for listing. The bond was issued at a 3.5% yield, and was sponsored by Energo-Pro A.S.
