The Financial Supervision Commission approved the tender offer for Etropal at BGN 2.08 per share, after it was temporarily banned at the end of October, the FSC announced in a message dated 30 November. Sintetika purchased 62.5% of Etropal from Eurohold Bulgaria at the end of September at BGN 2.08 per share.
