FSC approves the tender offer to the minority shareholders of BTC (NEUTRAL)

The Financial Supervision Commission approved the tender offer of Viva Telecom Bulgaria to the minority shareholders of Bulgarian Telecommunications Company. Viva Telecom Bulgaria registered with FSC the tender offer after acquiring a 93.99% stake in the Bulgarian Telecommunications Company in the beginning of November. Consequently, FSC issued a temporary ban in December. The buyout price has not been disclosed yet.
