FSC enters 41 700 share cap increase of Speedy (NEUTRAL)

FSC has entered the 41 700 share capital increase of courier Speedy. As previously announced, the new shares were subscribed by non-executive members of the management body and employees in an employee benefit scheme. The newly issued shares are of the same class as the already existing ones, while their nominal value and issue price is BGN 1.00/share
