Leoni's turnover in 2000 exceeded DEM 1,800 million. The German investors are looking for a 4 ha plot in an industrial zone in which they plan to build a production facility for 1,800 workers and an administrative and technical staff of 200. The idea is that the production start in 2004 after the facilities problem is settled and the staff training is completed, he added.
