The second Bulgarian GSM operator GloBul announced that it would offer SIM-cards to its future subscribers at BGN 46.80. The monthly subscription charge will be set at BGN 14.14 and calls to all operators in the country will cost BGN 0.46 per minute. The announced prices will be valid as from September 17 when GloBul officially starts operating with clients. On Monday the operator will have network coverage in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and Bourgas. The network will expand to several other towns by the end of the month.
