The government will pull out 50k daa (5k ha) of farmland from the tender procedures for the sale of a total of 15.4k ha of state agriland after it became clear that they are public state property. Despite the large size of the plots, due to their low average price - BGN 60-80/daa (€307-409/ha), their price represents less than 9% of the minimum price of the total land for sale.
The land to be tendered can be purchased only against compensatory instruments [BLKC] traded on BSE-Sofia.
