The reason is that the company wants to attract additional investments in the Bulgarian section. At the moment it is negotiating with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Dutch AMRO Bank. The loan will be in amount of EUR 200 million and the funds will be transformed in shares of the company. For this sum the two banks will receive between 34-51 per cent of the company's capital.
