Bulgaria's EU-harmonized consumer price index (CPI) rose by 0.5% MoM in April after a monthly fall of 0.3% in March, the National Statistics Institute (NSI) reported. The most substantial MoM price increase of 12% was registered by the group of alcoholic drinks and tobacco products. Annual consumer price inflation decelerated to 3.8% in April from 4.0% YoY in March. YtD inflation was 1.0%.
