Management-and-employee buyout company Alumina Invest sold the larger part of its stake in the Shoumen-based aluminium producer Alkomet. The buyer of 321,512 shares (7.16%) of the company is the majority holder Alumetal, which is owned by Industrial Holding Bulgaria. The price of the deal was BGN 3.87 per share. After the deal Alumetal owns 74% in Alkomet.
