According to preliminary data by NSI, Bulgaria's industrial production index decreased 0.8% MoM in Dec’22. On an annual basis, the working day adjusted index rose by 2.1%. On a monthly basis the production increased in the mining and quarrying industry (+10% MoM; +1.8% YoY) and in manufacturing (+2.6% MoM; +10.8% YoY), while decreased in electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply (-26.8% MoM; -28.6% YoY).
