Invest Property plans to build an industrial park on 43,200 sq. m of land in Vidin. According to an announcement of BSE, the SPV is the buyer of a plot in the city for BGN 3.2m. Meanwhile Karlovo's municipal administration asked to be transferred the former military airfield in the village of Marino Pole to build a high-tech park there. Invest Property's project envisages dividing the plot in parts and selling them to local companies. The plot includes buildings and has the necessary infrastructure. The company expects to gain BGN 1.4m from the industrial park, which has to be completed by early 2008.
