Investment company Nadezhda acquired 23% of the shares of Sopharma Estates REIT. Nadezhda is among the founders of Sopharma Estates along with Sofia AD, Telekomplekt AD and Telco AD. Sopharma Estates raised its capital to BGN 650K at the end of June after all 150,000 shares were subscribed and paid in. The REIT plans to invest up to EUR 9.8m in commercial properties across the country.
