Italian Marangoni visited for the third time the chemical plant and the president of Marangoni intends to resume talks with the Ministry of Economy for buying the plant as a whole but not in self contained parts. Few months ago the Italians bid for Vidachim but failed to transfer the necessary deposit of BGN 6.3 mln. The price is expected to be considerably lower this time but on the other hand the Mr. Marangoni promises to open 1,700 new jobs in the town. Vidachim’s management did not comment the visit, while the Ministry of Economy, surprised by visit scheduled the new tender for the plant in September
