Land rented out by Agro Finance REIT for the 2011/2012 agricultural season increased to 12.1k ha (93% of the acquired land) as of end-November from 11.9k ha (91% of the acquired land) as of end-October. The average contracted rental payment was flat MoM at €141/ha. The REIT’s portfolio at the end of November also remained flat at 13 083 ha with an average acquisition price of the land in the portfolio of €1 450/ha.
