MobilTel will launch cards for pre-paid calls for mobile phones within two weeks, the company announced. Thus the GSM operator will be ahead of its rival Globul, which announced that the GSM-2 would start by launching pre-paid services. A minute of pre-paid call with the cards will cost BGN 1.20 before VAT.
