Hardware and tools, sanitary ware and tiles, floorings and timber, paints and lacquers are sold in Bulgaria's first Do-It-Yourself superstore which opened last week as part of the French chain Monsieur Bricolage. The superstore is owned by DOVERIE - Brico, which is held 97.4% by companies of DOVERIE Holding and 2.6% by Mr. Bricolage. The company is planning to open more superstores by 2002 in Plovdiv, the Black Sea cities of Varna and Bourgas, and the Macedonian capital Skopje. The Mr. Bricolage chain has 302 shops in France and 24 in Belgium, Uruguay, Turkey and Azerbaijan. Its annual turnover is 6,000 million francs
