Trade in shares of Energy and Energy Economies Fund (EEEF) special purpose vehicle (SPV) started yesterday on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE). The SPV issued a total of 650K shares each with BGN 1 par value. EEEF also plans to float EUR 3m bond issue by the end of 2006. The SPV plans also to do a capital raise to BGN 1m and to float a BGN 5m bond issue in 2007. Another EEEF plan is to implement a BGN 90m investment programme by 2011. A total of 105 shares in the SPV changed hands during the first day of trade at an average price of BGN 3 per share.
