New SPV to invest in Borovets_x000d_

DMD Invest and West-East Bank have established Super Borovets Property Fund special purpose vehicle (SPV), which will invest mainly in the mountain resort of Borovets. The SPV was registered with a capital of BGN 500,000. Super Borovets Property Investment, owned by DMD Invest, holds 65% of the shares of the new SPV. West-East Bank holds a 30% stake. Varna-based DMD Invest specialises in the tourism sector. The mandatory capital increase operation, preceding the listing of the SPV on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE), will take place in the end of June, executive director Ilian Langarov said. The capital of the SPV will be raised by BGN 150,000 initially, Langarov added. The SPV currently prepares a project for the setting up of a holiday residential complex in Borovets.
