On the AGM, held on 12 May, the shareholders of Odessos Shiprepair Yard approved to distribute a total of BGN 2.3m (-42.9% YoY) as dividends for 2021, which represents BGN 4.0 gross DPS. This translates into payout ratio of 47.9% and 3.8% dividend yield at the last close price of BGN 106 per share. Note, that the initial proposal was for DPS of BGN 3.0, which management motivated by being extra cautious regarding the development in Ukraine. However, they noted that the company could distribute a higher amount without any undue risks for its operations. Subsequently a proposal for higher DPS of BGN 4.0 was made and approved. Ex-dividend date is 26 May and the payments will be made between 20 June and 20 Sept.
