According to information submitted in the Commercial Registry, Ognyan Donev, who is an Executive Director, Chairman of the BoD and largest beneficiary owner of Sopharma, has exercised, through one of his companies, 17 500 warrants during the last capital raise procedure. Our estimations show that after the transaction, Ognyan Donev controls 49.80% of the issued shares and 53.80% of the outstanding shares. Recall that the warrants expired on 11 January and only 4 641 warrants remained unexercised out of 44 925 643 issued 3 years ago. After the end of the procedure, the number of Sopharma’s issued shares is 179 719 201, out of which 13 356 996 is the treasury stock.
