Overnight stays in Bulgarian accommodation establishments amounted to 6 291.2k in Aug’26, which is 2.0% lower YoY. The total occupancy rate of the hotels was 56.5%, with highest occupancy rate for 4&5-star hotels at 72.0%, followed by 3-star and 1&2-star hotels, operating at 48.6% and 33.1%, respectively. Monthly revenue from nights spent at accommodation establishments reached EUR 384.5m, which is 13.3% higher YoY.
