The better bidder of the two candidates competing for the 60% stake in the Pamporovo winter resort company will be announced within a few days, the economy ministry announced. The Zurich-based Tourist Invest AG offered USD 9.72 mln with 50% of it payable in cash upon signing of the contract and the remaining half to be paid within 15 days. The Sofia-based Petrol Holding AD offered USD 8.304 mln, 50% of them payable in cash upon brokering the contract and the rest to be paid within the next 45 days
