Bulgaria's Park special purpose vehicle (SPV) posted BGN 61,000 profit for 2006. The SPV will allocate 90% of the profit for dividend distribution in accordance with the statutory requirements. The decision will be taken at Park's forthcoming general shareholders' meeting in June 2007. The SPV generated BGN 885,000 revenue in 2006. Park's capital was raised from BGN 5.2m to BGN 9.72m in the beginning of February 2007. The raised funding will be used for the purchase of a plot located in proximity to Sofia Tsarigradsko Chaussee boulevard. The SPV plans to use the land to build a business centre. The project is estimated at EUR 8 m.
