Plovdiv Appellate Court declared Alen Mak AD insolvent and the company’s operation was discontinued. Receiver was assigned at the General Meeting of Bondholders, held on 21 March. In May 2010 UBB started foreclosure procedure against the company as the two bonds became due immediately after the company defaulted on the principal and interest payments.
