During the Jan-Mar period, 13 administrative and office buildings received permits (-7.1% QoQ; +8.3% YoY) with total GBA of 6.8k sq. m (-50.0% QoQ; +81.6% YoY). Other building permits decreased to 1.2k (-6.8% QoQ; +12.8% YoY) with GBA of 640.4k sq. m (-16.8% QoQ; +4.5% YoY). The construction of 1 649 residential buildings began in the first quarter of 2026 (-7.5% QoQ; +15.2% YoY) for a total GBA of 1 168.0k sq. m (+0.4% QoQ; +58.1% YoY). Administrative and office buildings started in the Jan-Mar period were 11 (+83.3% QoQ; -8.3% YoY) with GBA of 8.9k sq. m (+196.1% QoQ; +26.0% YoY), while other buildings reached 594 (-8.6% QoQ; +3.1% YoY) with GBA of 355.5k sq. m (-26.0% QoQ; -38.1% YoY).
