Residential building permits in Q3’26 came to 2.2k (+0.4% QoQ; -3.0% YoY). The total GBA under these permits amounted to 1 141k sq. m (-15.6% QoQ; -22.7% YoY). During the Jul-Sep period, 12 administrative and office buildings received permits (-20.0% QoQ; -25.0% YoY) with total GBA of 5.0k sq. m. (-51.9% QoQ; -65.9% YoY). Other building permits amounted to 1.3k (-3.3% QoQ; +4.0% YoY) with GBA of 587k sq.m. (-28.4% QoQ; -14.1% YoY). The construction of 1 573 residential buildings began in the third quarter (-11.3% QoQ; -12.5% YoY) for a total GBA of 918k sq.m. (-12.4% QoQ; +4.2% YoY). Administrative and office buildings started during the period were 16 (unchanged QoQ; +77.8% YoY) with GBA of 9.9k sq.m. (+6.6% QoQ; +35.5% YoY), while other buildings reached 622 (+6.3% QoQ; -4.9% YoY) with GBA of 292k sq.m. (-29.3% QoQ; -30.3% YoY).
