At extraordinary General Assembly yesterday the Roseximbank shareholders voted capital increase of BGN 20 M, the bank’s General Executive Director Vladimir Vladimirov announced after the end of the assembly to the journalists. According to him the basic objectives of the bank for next year are the increase of capital to over BGN 300 M, which will position the bank in the second bank group in the BNB. Yesterday shareholders decided to authorize Executive Board of the bank to issue mortgage bonds for a 2 to 3-year period. The specific parameters will be voted by the Executive Board later, Vladimirov said.
