Rousse Mayor Dimiter Kalchev and Gerhard Schehle, who owns REB-Schehle of Germany, signed a framework agreement on the construction of two factories for the separation of waste and the production of waste-based biological fertilizers. The project will absorb an investment of around DEM 25 million, 20% of which will be provided by the Rousse municipality, Schehle said. Another amount will be raised from the National Environment Fund and private sources.
