September’18 retail trade turnover adds 0.3% MoM and 4.6% YoY

The September’18 seasonally adjusted turnover in the retail trade (excluding motor vehicles and motorcycles) grew for a seventh month in a row, gaining 0.3% MoM, while the working day adjusted retail trade turnover added 4.6% YoY. The highest monthly increases were accounted in retail of clothing (+3.9% MoM) and internet commerce (+2.3% MoM). Lower turnover (-2.7% MoM) was reported in fuel sales.
