Bulgaria's Central Depository said it has registered the shares of special purpose vehicle (SPV) Agro Finance. The company was co-founded by insurers Bulstrad and Bulstrad Life, CSIF, TBI Credit and TBI Invest. Agro Finance is the second company where insurer Bulstrad appears as an institutional investor after HypoCapital, a SPV that securitises receivables.
