The FSC issued a final ban to Sigma Property’s tender offer for Park REIT. The company submitted two tender offers with the same price - BGN 0.615, derived through different valuation methods. Sigma Property triggered a mandatory tender offer by passing 60% ownership in Park REIT in Jan’19.
