Sopharma files a request with CPC to gain control of Doverie United Holding (NEUTRAL)

Sopharma requested a permit from the Commission for Protection of Commission to gain control of Doverie United Holding. Recall that Sopharma increased its direct stake in Doverie United Holding from 14.9% in November to over 30% as of end-December. Additionally, Sopharma had 5% stake through its subsidiary Sopharma Trading, which however, was divested in December, thus keeping Sopharma’s control under the 33% threshold.
