The long-standing CEO of Doverie United Holding Tsonko Nedyalkov will exit the management of the holding. New chairman of the management board of Doverie and CEO of the holding will be Mr. Boris Borisov, Sopharma financial director according to BSE announcement. Mr. Nedyalkov place in the management board will be taken by Ivan Kralev who is also member of the management of several Sopharma companies. Sopharma stake in Doverie United Holding was 20.03% in the end of October according to BSE bulletin.
