Sopharma’s Board of Directors filed a GSM invitation for 24 November 2023, where shareholders will vote on distributing BGN 0.90 gross DPS from the H1’23 financial result. The total amount to be distributed should be c. BGN 143.2m (159.1m outstanding shares after the capital increase) and most funds would come from the company’s reserves. The amount corresponds to dividend yield of 21.7% at the last close of BGN 6.92 per share when including the annual dividend. Recall that on the GSM, held on 2 June, the shareholders approved BGN gross DPS of BGN 0.60.
