At the GSM held on 28 June, the shareholders of Sopharma (SFA) approved a gross DPS of BGN 0.09. The total amount to be distributed stands at c. BGN 14.9m (165.7m outstanding shares currently). The amount corresponds to dividend yield of 16.7% at the last close of BGN 5.94 per share when including the semiannual dividend. Recall that on the GSM, held in November, the shareholders approved BGN 0.90 DPS. Ex-dividend date is 11 July, 2023 while the starting date for dividend payment is 26 August 2024.
