Sopharma sold its 76% stake in Aromania to undisclosed buyer for undisclosed amount. Recall that Aromania was acquired in 2017 for BGN 750k. Aromania booked 2019 sales of BGN 2.6m (+41% YoY) and net profit of BGN 0.7m (+79.5% YoY). The other shareholders of Aromania are Krasimir Slavchev, Ivan Kralev and Anna Borisova. The former two are the previous owners (before the 76% stake was bought by Sopharma) of Aromania and during the years were part of the management of Doverie United Holding and other related entities.
