Shareholders in Stara Planina Hold approved at an AGM held on 12 June the distribution of BGN 0.0154 gross DPS for 2012. The payout ratio is 14.6% (vs. 26.9% for 2011) and the dividend yield is 0.5% at the latest closing price of BGN 2.801. The dividend for 2012 is up from BGN 0.0140 gross DPS for 2011.
