Stara Planina Hold has sold 100 000 shares from its treasury stock at a price of BGN 6.25/share, the holding announced. Following the transaction on 8 November, Stara Planina owns 121 265 treasury stocks. The shares had been repurchased in several buy-back procedures during the 2008-2009 financial crisis.
