Stock Tours has increased its stake in Industrial Holding Bulgaria to 5.06% following the acquisition of 0.44% of the capital of the company, IHB announced.
IHB’s main shareholders are Venside Enterprises Limited – with a 30.01% stake as of end-March and Bulls with a stake of 14.03%. Obligatory Universal Pension Fund Allianz Bulgaria owned 6.83% of the holding company as of end-March and DZH owned 5.35%.
