Investors bought 15,691 rights issued by Bulgarian diversified holding company Synergon Holding on Tue, sending their price up 2.44% to BGN 0.42. The rights will trade through Feb 15. At the beginning of '06, the holding said it was going to raise its capital from BGN 10,528,366 to 12,634,039. Each right carries entitlement to subscribe for 0.2 news shares with issue price of BGN 3.75. The auction for the unsubscribed rights will be held on Feb 22.
