A day before the deadline for submitting offers for 51% of Alen Mak-Plovdiv expired the candidate buyers were informed that the tender was postponed. The decision to prolong the term with 14 days, as from its promulgation in the State Gazette, was taken yesterday by the head of the Privatisation Agency /PA/. The PA did not deny that the decision was linked with a case that had been filed in court. Konotrans, the buyer of Alen Mak, approved by the PA and its supervision years ago, has appealed to the Supreme Administrative Court requesting the cancellation of the privatisation proceedings. Konotrans insists that the preliminary contract signed with them is declared final
