According to the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC), the CEO of Holding Roads Orlin Hajiyankov has not disclosed important information in the legitimate period. The information concerns the capital increase of the subsidiaries “Patnostroitelna Tehnika”, “Vidapatstroy” and “Patengineering”. As a result of the capital increase Holding Roads lost the control over the subsidiaries as the stakes were reduced from 100% to 32.17%, 32.26% and 32.16% respectively. The stakes were directly owned by “Patista I Magistrali” in which Holding Roads controls 99%. The three subsidiaries are the main revenue contributors within the group and the ones that participate in the construction of Trakia highway Lot 4. FSC is also performing an inspection concerning the seized accounts of Holding Roads.
