The FSC issued a temporary ban on Bareck Overseas Ltd.’s (Cyprus) tender offer to the minority shareholders in Drujba Staklarski Zavodi at BGN 3.70 per share. The number of the tendered shares is 405 652, or 0.76% of Drujba Staklarski Zavodi’s share capital. No details about the decision were disclosed.
